Our Projects

The Birches Industrial Estate – East Grinstead
A two phase project with a total value of around £800,000. The five high specification units have a Kingspan KS/1000RW composite roof with Corus Arcline 40 profile wall cladding coated with Prisma Zeus, combined with the use of Kingspan’s Micro-Rib panel in Prisma Mercury to the office elevations. A distinctive fin profile was used a corners and around the perimeter of the Micro-Rib cladding.

RD Park – Hoddesdon
A total of 13 Units have been built or are in progress with unit size ranging from 1,000m2 to 20,000m2. The use of CA’s Twintherm roof and wall system was predominant on this project for Rosemound Developments. The project value for Arrico exceeds £3million.

Plot C3 – Crossways
Working with Fitzpatrick Contractors, we constructed 6 high specification industrial retail units by the side of the Dartford Crossing. The roof and the walls to the units were fully clad in composite panels supplied by Kingspan. This £1.3million contract was completed in a fast track 9 week programme. Site 600 – Stansted Airport
Three high specification units for BAA. CA Twintherm was used on each roof. On the gable walls, 14m long Trimo vertical panels were installed via mobile tower crane and a Clad-Boy system. All flashings supplied on the contract were fabricated using 2mm thick polyester powder coated aluminium as requested by London architectural practice, Reid Associates.

Buhler – Beckton
A high specification manufactuing and office project for sorting equipment manufactuer, Buhler. Comprising around 8,000m2 of Kingspan KS/1000RW panels to the roof and 5,000m2 of Kingspan Micro-Rib panels on the walls, a large bullnose and soffit in Buhler Green was a feature of the project together with snap-on dummy curtain wall feature caps. The project value exceeded £750,000 and will replace Buhler’s existing premises in Stratford.
