The contract, which was awarded to us by H & V Building Service Ltd based in Kent, involved remedial works to the roof and installing new wall cladding to the complete perimeter of the building. The elevation works comprised of designing out the curved eaves sheet by introducing new structural steelwork as well as new purpose made cleats and horizontal purlins to recieve the new CA 32/1000W wall cladding. The remedial roof works consisted of replacing both the rooflight and fixings, removing/weathering the redundant vents and applying Giromax Seamsil and Delcote systems to the sheet endlaps and gutters respectively.
